After Hours Pickup
Closing time does not have to end your day. Any of our three counters will stay open for a pickup after hours, on a normal working day, for a fee. The time is counted from the counter’s closing time and charged in whole hours: Concord and Mississauga close at 5:00 pm and Barrie at 4:00 pm, so a 6:15 pm pickup at Concord is two hours. Please arrive at the time you booked. The charge runs from the counter’s closing time either way, so a 5:30 pm booking collected at 6:30 pm is charged for two hours. For the fee, ask at the counter or see the display board in the branch. Call the branch to arrange it.
Sunday and Holiday Service
Need materials on a Sunday or a statutory holiday? All three of our locations can open for you outside regular hours, so a job that cannot wait until Monday does not have to. The opening is for a fee, added to your invoice. Book it ahead: by 12:00 pm on Saturday for Concord and Mississauga, and by 4:00 pm on Friday for Barrie. Please arrive at the time you booked; a late arrival is charged for all the time. For the fee, ask at the counter or see the display board in the branch. Call the branch to arrange it.
