Mulco Supra Elite
Supra Elite is a high-performance, architectural sealant that's easy-to-use in a wide range of outdoor or indoor applications.
Mulco Supra Elite is a hybrid sealant from Mulco. Mulco lists it for seals joints between two perpendicular surfaces (door and window frames, wall sidings), siding lap board butt joint. Mulco gives the application temperature as product -10 to 40 °C; surface -25 to 50 °C, which the product and the surface both have to meet on the day. Cranco carries it, and which counter has it on the day changes, so ask at the counter.
Supra Elite is Mulco's one-part hybrid sealant for joints around door and window frames, wall sidings and siding lap board butt joints. It is rated at 25% expansion and contraction, holds from -50 to 100 °C in service, and cures 6 mm in three days at 25 °C and 65% relative humidity.

What is Mulco Supra Elite used for?
Joints between two perpendicular surfaces: door and window frames, wall sidings, and the butt joint where siding lap boards meet. Mulco clears it for outdoor or indoor joints, excluding floors, and names wood, vinyl, aluminium, cement board and fibreboard sidings, cured concrete, brick, masonry, steel, copper, brass, glass, ceramic tile, fibreglass and PVC as substrates.
Is Mulco Supra Elite paintable?
Yes, with two conditions from Mulco. Wait more than 24 hours after application, and test compatibility first. The translucent grade cannot be painted at all. Mulco's own wording:
Does not require painting; however it can be painted with latex paint over 24 hours after application
How cold can you apply Mulco Supra Elite?
Mulco allows the product itself between -10 and 40 °C and the surface between -25 and 50 °C. Flextra and Supra Expert both need the product above 5 °C. Once cured it stays flexible down to -50 °C, and Mulco records a pass at -30 °C under CAN/CGSB-19.0-M77 method 11.1.
How does Supra Elite differ from Supra Expert?
Mulco Supra Elite is a hybrid and Mulco clears it for outdoor or indoor joints, excluding floors. Mulco Supra Expert is a thermoplastic that dries by solvent evaporation and Mulco rates it exterior only. Supra Elite also goes on colder, down to -10 °C for the product against Supra Expert's 5 °C, and holds to -50 °C in service against -40 °C.
What joint size does Supra Elite take?
Mulco caps the joint at 25 mm wide by 12 mm deep and sets the minimum at 6 mm in both directions. The sheet's coverage table is worked out per 300 mL cartridge, and it lists no packaging, so ask the counter which sizes Cranco carries.

Limitations from Mulco
Mulco: outdoor or indoor joints excluding floors. Maximum joint size 25 mm (1 in.) wide by 12 mm (1/2 in.) deep; minimum width and depth 6 mm (1/4 in.).
Mulco: does not require painting; however it can be painted with latex paint over 24 hours after application, and compatibility testing is recommended. Translucent cannot be painted.
