Can you sand DAP Alex Fast Dry?

Is DAP Alex Fast Dry flexible?

DAP publishes no movement class for it. The sheet says it meets the extension recovery requirement of ASTM C834 under ASTM C736, and C834 is the acrylic latex specification Alex Fast Dry is tested against. ASTM C920 is the elastomeric specification, and that is the one that carries a movement class. Silicone Plus is rated Class 25 under it.

Up to 3/8 inch wide by 3/8 inch deep. Where the depth passes 3/8 inch, DAP calls for backer rod. One 300 mL cartridge runs 55 linear feet at a 3/16 inch bead, and the 162 mL tube runs 30 feet.
