What is Tremco ExoAir Flex used for?

How fast does ExoAir Flex cure?
Tack free in 10 to 14 minutes at 73 °F and 50% relative humidity under FEICA 1014, and a 1 inch bead is cuttable after 45 minutes under FEICA 1005.
Is ExoAir Flex fire rated?
Its ASTM E84 results are a flame spread index of 5 and a smoke developed index of 5. That is a surface-burning classification. Hilti's CF-AS CJP reports 0 on both under the same test, and it carries a residential fireblock listing that this foam does not.
How much does one can of ExoAir Flex fill?
Tremco's theoretical yield under FEICA 1003 is 31.28 litres, 1.1 cubic feet. It packs the foam in 12 to 26 ounce cans and makes it in white only.
Where should you not use ExoAir Flex?
Tremco says to use it only in well-ventilated areas and to protect it from direct exposure to ultraviolet light and driving rain. Store it cool and dry, away from open flame, and inside the temperature the limitations below name.
