TremGlaze U1600 is a high-performance, low modulus, one-component, moisture curing, hybrid sealant.

Can you use TremGlaze U1600 as an insulated glass sealant?
No. Tremco's limitation is plain: not for use as an insulated glass sealant. It also keeps the product off wet or contaminated surfaces.
How long does TremGlaze U1600 take to cure?
Skin time is 30 to 90 minutes under ASTM C679 and tack-free time is 3 to 4 hours at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity. That is a longer working window than TremGlaze S1400, which skins in 10 to 15 minutes, or TremGlaze S500+, which skins in 5 to 10.
How much movement does TremGlaze U1600 take?
Plus or minus 35% under ASTM C719, and its ASTM C920 rating is Class 35 Use NT, M, A and O.
What colours and sizes does TremGlaze U1600 come in?
The colours depend on the pack. Cartridges of 300 mL come in almond, Andersen white, black, bronze, sandstone and white. Sausages of 600 mL come in black, bronze, sandstone and white. The 189 litre drum is white only.
